Through an extensive literature review and comparative analysis, this research paper makes a compelling case for recognizing backlog grooming as an integral Scrum event. The insights from academic research and industry practices suggest that regular backlog grooming significantly improves product quality, team collaboration, and stakeholder satisfaction.
